The Bilingual HR Admin/E-Verify Auditor will play a critical role in our HR department, focusing on I9/E-verify entries. This individual will be responsible for meticulously reviewing onboarded candidate data to ensure accuracy in E-Verify procedures. The role will involve frequent communication with HR teams across various properties to verify information via email and phone calls. The primary function of this position will be auditing and verifying the correctness of E-verify procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough audits of I9/E-Verify entries to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Communicate effectively with HR teams at different properties to verify information and resolve discrepancies.
- Enter and approve I9-E-verify data accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain meticulous records of all E-Verify transactions and audits.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR personnel to facilitate smooth onboarding processes.
- Uphold a high level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information.
Must-Haves:
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in onboarding employees, with a focus on I9-E-Verify procedures.
- Previous experience in HR, onboarding, or related roles, preferably with knowledge of HR software systems such as ADP, Paychex, or similar platforms. Experience with KG is a significant plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with diverse HR groups.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Demonstrated integrity and ethical behavior in executing HR tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification or training in HR management or related field.
- Familiarity with relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Experience working in a multi-property or corporate environment.
