**Description** Applied Research Associates, Inc. (ARA), Southwest Division, is seeking a capable part-time Recruiting Assistant to join our team in Albuquerque, NM. This person will provide support to the recruiting manager by assisting with various aspects of the recruitment process. In this role, you will assist in maintaining candidate applications and resumes, coordinating schedules, and handling clerical duties. You may also participate in screening candidates, assisting interviewees, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the hiring process. Working closely with our team of engineers and scientists, you would have the opportunity to contribute to our mission of innovation and excellence.
