You are the Director of Marketing: Leading B2C brand specializing in lead generation management, situated in the vibrant East Bay area. With a focus on innovation and forward-thinking strategies, we are poised for significant growth and are seeking a Director of Marketing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible leading an effective marketing strategy to propel company growth. You will work cross-functionally to understand marketing needs, act as a company brand ambassador to external sources, and drive revenue growth through successful marketing campaigns.

This position pays: $150k+, benefits package, and bonus

What you will be doing:

Manage paid digital advertising and SEO/SEM efforts; assemble reporting for relevant KPIs including qualified lead tracking, website analytics/performance.

Develop and implement AI process to execute marketing campaigns, market research, competitive benchmarking, and lead generation.

Embrace an entrepreneurial culture internally with team members and externally with partners outside the box thinking.

Provide leadership and manage the marketing/sales team.

Collaborate with executive management and team members to ensure an excellent client experience across all client interactions from needs assessment through delivery and follow-up.

Research and understand prospective clients business, business strategies, processes, and services.

Develop market intelligence and analysis on selected targets and competitors.

What you bring:

At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role managing people, preferably within a marketing capacity.

Strong understanding and practical experience in digital marketing strategies, particularly in paid advertising, SEO/SEM, and lead generation.

Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing AI processes to enhance marketing campaigns and drive results.

Experience working in a retail environment is highly desirable.

Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse personalities and foster a collaborative team environment.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with executive leadership, team members, and external partners.

Adaptable and creative thinker with a willingness to take risks and explore innovative approaches to marketing.
