With principles, performance and an authentic passion for results deeply rooted in our daily interactions.We are friendly, respectful, and motivated to deliver strong performance in everything we do.What We Offer.In addition to training and career advancement opportunities, we offer competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, life insurance, paid disability insurances, education reimbursement and more.General Purpose:Establish manufacturing processes through tool design and production routing development, that support engineering specifications within production cost targets.Major Duties and Responsibilities:Provide manufacturing technical support to production associates.Establish all labor related standards for manufactured products.Conduct analysis for process cost reductions within manufacturing.Establish economic lot size quantities on manufactured part numbers.Assist purchasing and QA in vendor selection and interface on outside processed parts.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Knowledge of mechanical engineering principles including robotics, controls, Solid modeling design software, preferably Solidworks.High level of analytical ability where problems are complex.Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.Knowledge of material science and manufacturing methods.Strong oral and written communication skills.Ability to work independently on projects.High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.Demonstrated ability for innovative/creative thinking.Comprehensive knowledge of tool design, drafting standards.Experience in tool and fixture design, process development of CNC programming.Supervisory Responsibility:None.Education and/or Training:College degree in Engineering, or equivalent experience and training that provides required knowledge, skills, and abilities.Minimum of two (2) years related experience.Intermediate level experience with Windows, Excel, and Word.Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with DisabilitiesThe contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
