We are a fast growing technology startup that is well funded and part of a small percentage of companies nearing profitability and growing very quickly. This means your direct work will get implemented on a large consumer scale. With this level of impact comes a high level of ownership over your part of the business.
What to expect in your role
We are looking for a data driven head of revenue to own revenue across our market research (surveys), gaming partnerships, and offer verticals. This role sits directly at the center of the 3 pillars of: 1/ Company revenue, 2/ Advertiser sales and retention, and 3/ Copper User Retention.
You will work closely with Sales, Ad Operations, and Product to maximize revenue across our platform's inventory. You can expect to have an impact on day one and will report directly to the CEO.
A key part of this role is data driven and managing the team that oversees the day to day performance of advertiser and partner relationships direct through our mobile app through looking at EPC's and other key performance metrics.
This role is fully remote (US only) Hybrid option with the company headquartered in Seattle, WA with a dedicated office.
What your experience looks like
5+ years experience working in sales/ revenue operations.
Experience in games, adtech, or mobile advertising in sales role is a huge plus.
Proven track record optimizing mobile ad product inventory within a mobile app for revenue based on KPI's like EPC.
Track record of collaborating with ad operations, leadership, and product teams to maximize revenue, advertiser happiness, and end user retention.
Experience working at a startup or scaleup in a fast-paced environment
Pre-existing advertiser relationships especially within casual mobile gaming is a plus.
Ability to do the work and not rely on a team to execute is important in having an immediate impact.
Self sufficient high performer motivated by driving the performance of your team.
What you'll do
Own internal prioritization of our inventory of offers, games, and surveys within our Copper Earn product.
Review real-time performance in our internal data and analytics reporting.
Make decisions on how to prioritize traffic based on performance.
Work directly with our sales & advertiser partnership team to retain and grow advertiser spend.
Highlight upsell opportunities for high performing campaigns to sales team
Make product recommendations on how to optimize the users experience within our earn product
Work cross functionally and lead a team of ad operations to implement changes to campaigns.
Rally the team around the changes needed to achieve the revenue target.
Identify and report on trends across multiple campaigns and clients
