Key Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Strategy: Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote fundraising events, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  2. Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for digital and print marketing materials, including social media posts, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
  3. Promotional Activities: Coordinate promotional activities to increase event attendance and support, leveraging various channels to reach target audiences effectively.
  4. Social Media Management: Manage social media channels and engage with followers to build brand awareness, foster community engagement, and drive participation in fundraising events.
  5. Event Planning: Assist in event planning and logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and on-site support, ensuring seamless execution and a memorable experience for attendees.
  6. Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for event growth, providing valuable insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
  7. Performance Tracking: Track and analyze marketing metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness, measure ROI, and identify areas for optimization and improvement.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with social media platforms.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
