Job Summary: As a Project Manager, you will serve as the day-to-day contact for key new accounts. You will be expected to manage website builds while building a strong rapport with your clients. Being a personable and skilled communicator is imperative for this position, in addition to managing client expectations and hitting budgets & deadlines. You will participate in internal strategy meetings and client meetings/calls. Responsibilities: Project manages website builds

Manage 8-10 projects at any given time while also supporting ongoing client requests

Serves as the day-to-day contact for clients Assures projects are completed efficiently and on budget Defines and develops team processes Manages and sells client expectations Collaborates with cross-functional team members Ensures a unified strategy across client deliverables Manages projects using provided PM tools and internal processes Ensures a high level of quality in everything that is delivered to the clients Requirements

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications: 2-4 years of experience in web build project management

Experience project managing eCommerce website builds and overseeing the website development

Understanding of eCommerce website integrations with ERPs and CRMs Solid verbal and written communication skills Extremely detail oriented and organized Willingness to take on any task and feedback with enthusiasm Fast learner and accepting of constructive criticism Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Ability to work cohesively with other project managers, strategists, designers, developers, and other subject matter experts Bring a proactive, resilient, flexible, team-oriented, and client-service-driven approach to each day Must be local to the Twin Cities Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, and HubSpot Experience with ERP systems Base-level knowledge of Design and SEO Join our fast-paced, success-driven team and be part of a company that values relentless pursuit of results, curiosity, collaboration, and adaptability.
