They serve as advocates for all of those in our Northeast Ohio community, especially the most vulnerable.Job DescriptionPosition: Data Integrity SpecialistReports to: Director of QualityFull/Part Time: Full-timeShift: 8:00 am to 5:00 pmJob Summary:The Data Integrity Specialist is responsible for extracting and collecting data according to organizational needs, as well as building customized reports in order to meet operational requirements.This role will employ various software programs, the EHR as well as other resources to collect and analyze data for Company Health Center. This will be an organization-wide focus, working with various program managers and staff on data needs including all aspects of data tracking and management.Primary Responsibilities: Under the supervision of the Director of Quality, work with Company staff to implement protocols and procedures for outcomes and data collection for all required organization reports. Review and validate data per established guidelines. Responsible for program evaluation and analysis of Company clinical performance, programs and services including implementing data management, running reports and performing data analysis. Participate in the Quality Improvement Committee as directed by the Medical Director Write queries and create reports to provide data to business units. Gather and document functional and technical requirements and translate requirements into reporting solutions. Assist in the planning, development, testing and delivery of reports and data for routine requests as well as ad hoc requests. Present information effectively and respond to questions from managers and other stakeholders. Create standard operating procedures to ensure consistency of recurring reports. Participate and staff organization-wide committees to provide data needs for Quality Improvement Program-specific data management and report generation Build and maintain specific databases for Company's programs. Provide data analysis for various grant applications and reports Perform statistical analysis to show effectiveness of Company clinic performance, programs and services.Requirements[ Minimum Education and Experience: * ]{.underline}Required: *Bachelor's degree in business, computer science or Health Informatics, or equivalent experienceMinimum of 2-5 years' experience of data analyses, data aggregation and reportingUnderstanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practicesStrong verbal and written communication skillsEffective problem-solving skills.Experienced query and report writing skills utilizing one of the following: SQL, Tableau, Crystal, or comparable.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills[]{style='fon'}#J-18808-Ljbffr
