Adding a
Senior Accountant
to a sharp team. Healthcare SaaS company. Experience with ASC 606 revenue recognition required. Public accounting experience preferred.
3 days a week in office .
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations and general ledger functions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets in accordance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
Manage the month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and preparation of journal entries.
Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to senior management to support decision-making and drive business performance.
Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors during audits and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Assist with the development, implementation of, and monitoring adherence to company accounting policies and procedures.
Stay informed about industry trends, accounting standards, and regulatory changes impacting the healthcare sector.
Full cycle AR, including collections
Coordinates with Finance in the support and development of the budget and rolling forecasts

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:
the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
licensure and certification requirements;
office location and other geographic considerations;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
