The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing a wide range of administrative and clerical support to our President & CEO.

Requirements

Administrative Support:

  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Direct requests and queries appropriately.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Note taking
Scheduling & Coordination:
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.
Communication & Liaison:
  • Screen and direct phone calls, and distribute correspondence
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Special Projects:
  • Research for sales related topics
  • Assist with special projects, research, and data collection as required.
Education and/or Experience
  • Associates degree in business related field or a combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years experience in an administrative position
Communication/Language Skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Tech-savvy and experience with word processing and email programs
  • Active listening and good communication skills
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong time-management and organization skills
Technical Competencies
  • Microsoft Office experience
