Maintenance Sales Representative

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for quoting deficiencies from technicians in the field Flexible, responsive, and enthusiastic in servicing our customers Provide innovative alternatives when working with customers and deficiencies Provide estimates and proposals in a timely manner Other duties assigned Qualifications: 5 years of experience in facilities or HVAC services; or equivalent combination of education and experience Knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, piping system for design, estimating and sales Knowledge of Excel, Word & other Microsoft Office products Excellent verbal and written communication Mathematical and financial skills Enjoy business development aspects of networking and attending industry events Strong understanding and interest in modern technologies J-18808-Ljbffr
