The Parts Customer Support Representative II is responsible for answering phone calls and emails from customers, assisting them with the ordering process, taking the initiative to assist the Parts Supervisor and Customer Care Manager in solving problems, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Position Responsibilities: Answering phone calls and emails regarding customer inquiries, parts specification and availability while delivering a positive relationship-based approach to customer interactions Customer order entry and processing Submit and process internal transfer requests Assist with Bill of lading creation for freight orders, as needed Daily invoicing of customer orders Initiate the return process for customers, by creating RMA for items coming back for restock Work as a team to help meet department goals and objectives Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma, or equivalent Successfully demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills, including phone communication skills Strong interpersonal skills professional, courteous, friendly and helpful Excellent grammar, voice and diction abilities Strong ability to read, understand and interpret mechanical and operational information effectively Self-motivated individual who understands the importance of time constraints Ability to operate forklift and overhead hoist in a safe and orderly manner Ability to bend, squat, walk and stand for long periods of time Must be able to lift at least 70 lbs.
