Responsibilities

Customer Support:
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, handling order statuses, delivery dates, special requests, and follow-ups
  • Enter sales orders and provide order confirmations as needed
  • Coordinate with the shipping department to ensure timely deliveries and adherence to specific shipping instructions
  • Perform general office duties and manage phone calls
Inventory and Order Management:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the ERP system for generating various sales and shipping reports
  • Review and analyze customer forecasts and purchase orders to ensure sufficient stock levels and timely fulfillment of customer demands
  • Work with purchasing and materials departments to expedite urgent requests and manage part numbers and purchase orders
  • Confirm orders requiring additional verification before processing
Customer Communication:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests, ensuring effective communication
  • Manage customer-specific requirements, including online account maintenance and document submissions
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to handle expedited production or shipping requests efficiently
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team


Skills Follow-up Active Listening Telephone Etiquette ERP CRM Typing Skills Customer Service (2 years of experience is required) Clerical Work (2 years of experience is required) Order Entry (2 years of experience is required)
