Job Details

We are looking to expand our administrative team by filling a key role within the organization with an Installation Coordinator. All characteristics for this role will include, but are not limited to, the following:

Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintain several spreadsheets, including but not limited to installation performance and Salesforce reporting.
- Work with our Field Operations Managers and installation teams regarding feedback on project performance.
- Responsible for project coordination and all administrative functions related to the entire installation process.
- Answer incoming calls from and make outbound calls to existing customers to keep them updated on their projects.
- Address customer concerns and work to resolve any issues they may be experiencing.

Qualifications:-
- 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role
- Strong follow-up & customer service skills
- CRM software experience, Salesforce is a plus
- Experience using Microsoft Office products, specifically with Excel and Word
- High attention to detail
- Ability to problem solve independently
- High level written/verbal communication skills
- Previous Home Improvement industry experience is a plus

Compensation and Benefits:
- $20-22/hour plus monthly bonus incentive

Schedule:
- Onsite in our Cranford office
- Tuesday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm, Saturday 8:00am-4:30pm (Off Sunday and Monday)
