DSP Engineer

Description:
We are currently seeking multiple DSP Engineers to join our team in support of projects focus on intelligence, department of defense, and commercial sectors. This position is very focused on developing algorithms, writing C++ code, and algorithm implementation. This team plays a big part in integrating and helping other components of the system come together giving them a great opportunity to learn how this system works holistically. The main program these engineers will support is a prime contract to build the US Navy a state of the art digital ground station for in-fill and ex-fill (transport and receive) communications. It has both signal processing and some non-signal processing FPGA applications.
Day to Day:
- Sprint/Agile development environment
- Write C++ to implement DSP algorithms (75% of time)
- Algorithm development (25% of time)
- Modeling DSP algorithm in MATLAB
Required Experience:
•Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering
•4+ years of experience with C++ and Python (Numpy preferred) for implementing DSP algorithms
•Experience with GNU Radio or X-Midas (used to host DSP application)
•Experience with MATLAB (scripting language to model the DSP algorithm)
•Digital Signal Processing (DSP) with understanding of satellite or communication systems design
•Experience with Docker Compose or Kubernetes
•Ability to obtain and maintain a TS//SCI Clearance
Highly Desired:
•Experience with CUDA and GPU HW acceleration for DSP applications
•Active TS//SCI Clearance
