About the Opportunity

Trinity Solar Inc. is looking for a talented leader who is passionate about innovation, clean energy, and delivering the best possible service to our customers and our sales teams. We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable candidate to lead a team of entry-level sales representatives. You will lead from the front by participating in the sales process, generating leads and soliciting qualified homes for solar.

Responsibilities

Run daily sales meetings and trainings as required.

Use a variety of computer and app-based applications to analyze office and rep performances

Lead from the front by setting qualified leads for solar appointments

Recruit from company ads and personal referrals. Run interviews and hire based on office growth goals.

Monitor rep growth and assess specific needs of reps. Hold reps accountable to minimums and their potential.

Work with Regional Management on office strategy.

Qualifications and Requirements

BA in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

Sales management experience required

Can operate under performance pressure

Hiring and terminating experience required

Experience in D2D sales

Lead generation via personal networking

Must be flexible working weekends and evenings

Reliable transportation for travel to office and meet reps in the field

Highly persuasive, self-disciplined, and honest

Problem solving skills

Articulate with excellent communication skills

Able to analyze, track, and be technically sound with numbers and technology

High energy, enthusiasm, and excellent customer service skills

Must be computer proficient

Bilingual abilities are a plus

Applicants must be 18 years old or older
