We're seeking an organized, solutions-focused Customer Service Representative/Administrative Assistant to help us provide top-quality service to our expanding client base. In this role, you'll manage and prioritize service requests, organize schedules, and communicate seamlessly with clients and field staff, using messaging apps and scheduling software to keep operations running smoothly.

We're looking for someone with strong people skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or as an administrative assistant in the home services industry is preferred, along with basic computer proficiency. Responsibilities

•Manage several different email inboxes for personal communication, incoming client leads, etc.
•Conduct post-service or post-installation follow-up calls with clients to facilitate an excellent client experience.
•Engage with current and potential clients via the use of the business's social media accounts.
•Provide assistance to the owners with project management and fulfillment.
•Participate in local networking activities on behalf of the company when necessary.
•Set sales and service appointments, including time for technicians to install new equipment
•Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls, emails and texts/chats
•Collect information both internally and externally from clients to manage and update the database with complete and accurate information
•Contribute to the management team by aiding in the creation and refinement of several systems and procedures

Qualifications

•Experience with Service Titan Software preferred
•Need to have a proficient level of experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
•Excellent customer service skills and a passion for working with people is essential
•High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's or associate degree is preferred
•It is a plus if you have prior experience working with people in stressful, time-sensitive situations
•Basic math skills with experience in collecting client payments, data entry, and record keeping
