Example: Analyzing Transactions analyzes expenses for new projects, performs variance analysis, conducts analysis for various scenarios for review by the Senior Leadership Team.**Responsibility**Hire, train, and manage a team of direct reports including office support, outside sales and CDL Drivers.Assign and monitor clerical and administrative responsibilities and tasks among office staff. Allocate available resources to enable successful task performance. Co-ordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency.Assign or delegate responsibilities to employees within department. Evaluate and manage staff performance. Coach, mentor and discipline staff. Manage internal staff relations.Design and implement office policies and procedures. Oversee adherence to office policies and procedures. Analyze and monitor internal processes. Implement procedural and policy changes to improve operational efficiencies.Work with CFO and Director of Operations regarding the budget and financial planform the department. Prepare forecasting of budgets annually to set goals and expectations.Promote products and maintain the coordination with sales personnel. Develop, implement and review goals nonincreasing sales, growth and profitability. Provide leadership and vision to the organization by assisting with the development of long range and annual plans, and with the evaluation and reporting of progress on plans.Determine margins for products to capitalize profitabilityCollaborate with suppliers to ensure all allocations are met and request additional product if needed.Coordinates exemption requests with ND Petroleum Marketers Association when drivers experience long lines or loading, and customer supply is exhausted.In the event of a fuel shortage and a blanket Driver exemption notification is provided by the State to exceed the daily hours, the Branch Manager would coordinate with Marketing Manager and Dispatchers to disseminate deliveriesto Drivers to meet customer needs and communicates with management and the Safety Department to ensure Driver safetyMaintain and uphold customer relationships to maximize profitability. Resolve customers complaints and inquiries.Meet with existing customer to evaluate satisfaction and determine future needs.Identify potential customers and initiate meetings to promote products and services. Assist to identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of organizational objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.Communicate and enforce all safety and security issues. Report and process all employee and/or customer incidents or unsafe acts in accordance with SPF Energys policy and procedureEmployee must demonstrate safe work and risk management practices.
