Marketing Coordinator Veritext is the global leader in legal litigation and deposition solutions providing the most skilled court reporters, advanced technology and unparalleled service to help our clients achieve successful outcomes anytime and anywhere Overview: The Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing team in various initiatives, including database management, campaign coordination, and various other responsibilities. Utilizing a broad base of skills -organizational, analytical, and creative - this generalist position supports the execution of marketing strategy across Veritext. This position is a full-time position and reports to the Marketing Operations Manager. What you'll do: * Support marketing and sales executives with Salesforce.com and Marketo.com system administration. * Act as coordinator for Continuing Education programs for various constituents, including preparing applications, issuing certificates, and communicating with agencies, attorneys, paralegals, and independent contractors. * Develop, deliver, and maintain digital strategy across multiple social media platforms and brands. * Create and enhance content to increase search engine optimization (SEO). * Assist with creating and analyzing marketing campaigns. * Audit databases and perform research to assure data completion and accuracy. * Assist in creation of reports and automation rules to ensure continuous database cleanliness. * Maintain and update digital template library. * Assist with the design, maintenance and organization of marketing collateral including ads, invitations, proposals and other collateral. * Provide support to marketing department including creative design, proofreading, maintenance of website. * Monitor marketing email inbox and route requests to appropriate departments. * Knowledgeable of Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite, and social media platforms * Other duties as needed.
