Additionally, the Marketing Coordinator will craft engaging content for our digital newsletter, oversee email strategy and audience management, and provide insightful analytics reports. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in marketing or communication, along with 3-5 years of marketing experience. The candidate should be well-versed in digital marketing channels and tools, including Google Analytics, MailChimp, and Adobe Suite. Above all, alignment with FC values, professionalism, and confidentiality are paramount. RESPONSIBILITIES: Website: * Ensure website compliance with brand standards and maintain accurate content * Communicate new landing page content and project timelines to website development team * Coordinate the collection of website assets for campaign creation * Provide progress reports on digital marketing campaigns * Monitor website analytics, trends and patterns * Execute website updates promptly, particularly those that are time-sensitive * Conduct monthly, semi-annual, and annual audits of website content * Research digital media trends in higher education * Oversee SEO efforts and serve as liaison to SEO team to enhance rankings Email: * Organize, strategize and create content for FC's monthly digital email newsletter * Develop email strategy for various events and campaigns, distributing to internal and external audiences * Manage audience lists utilizing the college's email marketing platform, MailChimp * Deliver comprehensive reports on email engagement metrics such as open rates, click rates, etc. and conduct analysis on outcomes Other: * Oversee internal inquiries using ticket system * Stay updated on emerging media trends * Support various projects upon request as needed, including branding efforts, content creation, copywriting and design tasks * Manage Florida College YouTube channel, providing data reports and researching trends and best practices * Possess basic graphic design skills POSITION REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or related field * 3-5 years of marketing experience preferred * Strong understanding of and alignment with FC values and mission * Familiarity with digital marketing channels and strategies * Proficiency in Google Analytics * Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all engagements * Proficiency in Adobe Suite, particularly InDesign and Illustrator * Capacity to adapt and remain flexible within the job role * Aptitude in marketing technologies, including web CMS systems like WordPress, and email marketing platforms such as MailChimp This job description serves as a guide to understanding the responsibilities of the position and may be subject to change based on the evolving needs of the college and the marketing landscape.
