The role youll contribute:
Responsible for coordination of scheduling and assignment of nursing personnel. Maintains database for regulatory agency compliance, productivity and serves as a resource for scheduling and payroll system questions.
The value youll bring to the team:
- Accurately maintain database (computer and manual systems) regularly (daily and monthly) for staffing areas for quality assessment.
- Participates in positive customer relations with both internal and external customers.
- Equitable distribution and assignment of nursing resources in conjunction with nursing leadership
- Equitable distribution of shift availability.
Qualifications
The expertise and experiences youll need to succeed:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years clerical, staffing, or patient placement experience
