Education: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering and Professional Engineer registration in the State of Florida (PE)
Background: Minimum 10 years related experience in private land development covering both the residential and commercial fields. A strong technical background in drainage and utility design as they apply to single residential, multifamily and commercial projects. The candidate should be very familiar with the permitting requirements of the local municipalities, state and federal agencies and should demonstrate strong knowledge with respect to their rules and should have strong relationships with their staff.
Good communication, planning, organizational, analytical, facilitation, negotiation and interpersonal skills are a must.
