**Position Summary**

**Customer Support Rep III (Senior) -** *Local to Alpharetta, GA & Surrounding Areas. After 1 week training in Alpharetta, GA the position is Remote.*

The Player Service Representative will be the first point of contact between Winners and the Licensing Customer Service and will answer questions regarding the status of drawings, prize, entries, websites, and apps

**Responsibilities / Essential Functions**

* Primary responsibility is issue resolution and player education via inbound player contact

* Understand and advise on all MDI Licensed instant games according to state lottery guidelines and protocols.

* Communicate in an accurate and professional manner.

* Other duties as assigned.

****Position Requirements / Skills & Abilities****

* Must have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

* Ability to maintain a positive working relationship as part of a team

* Two years experience in the lottery industry or customer service operations.

* High School Education or higher required.

* Must have the ability to multitask and work independently.

* Bilingual for Spanish speaking customers a plus.

* Flexible scheduling required 2nd shift + weekends

**Education**

Must have a high school diploma or equivalency.
