The position also includes generating releases and assisting in loading trucks. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** + Prepare and enter data into the computer to generate packing slips and shipments. + Assist in the development of load sheets. + Participate in the contact of carriers to assure trucks arrive for timely loading. + Perform other duties as assigned in support of plant functions. + Responsible for identifying opportunies for improvement. + Responsible for applying corrective and preventative action when discrepancies are detected. + Loading seats into trucks for shipment. **Qualification Requirements:** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
