Documentum Administrator

As a Documentum Administator ( m/f ), you will handle the operational support of the platform and the response to customer incidents.
Your main responsibility:
Operate day-to-day the Documentum and Preservica platforms and implement of changes
Handle incidents on the Documentum and Preservica platforms, including participation in a 24/7 on call rotation
Work to improve operational efficiency by providing automation and contribute to updating procedures
Your profile:
2 years of experience with EMC Documentum or another Enterprise Content Management software
Experienceworking on JEE application servers (Weblogic/JBoss/Wildfly)
Hands-on experience with Linux and SQL
Knowledge of Electronic Records Management solutions
Experience writing Ansible jobs
Ability to work and communicate in a multi-cultural environment
Service-oriented mind-set
Ability to communicate in writing and verbally in a clear and concise manner
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential
Working experience in a medium to large IT environment is a plus
