Job Description
We are seeking an Intermediate Logistics Analyst to join our team. As an Intermediate Logistics Analyst, you will be performing current state analysis of existing business systems, applications, and functions. Your role will be to document, analyze, and assess current business processes and underlying systems/applications. You will produce timely and high-quality requirements-related work products, including requirement specifications and process flows. In addition, you will plan, elicit, capture, analyze, and validate business, functional, and technical requirements.

Your primary responsibilities will include conducting analysis and providing support in the field of logistics. You will be involved in tasks related to Navy logistics, AIS management, inventory management, financial management, and the functionality of military logistics AISs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and develop effective solutions.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related business discipline.

- Three years of experience in Navy logistics, AIS management, inventory management, financial management, and the functionality of military logistics AISs.

Education Equivalency:

In lieu of the above-mentioned education requirements, candidates may qualify with four years of experience in Navy logistics, AIS management, inventory management, financial management, and the functionality of Navy Logistics and AISs. This education equivalency experience is in addition to the minimum experience of the labor category.

We are looking for a candidate who possesses analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should have a solid understanding of logistics processes and systems within a military context. Strong communication skills and the ability to present findings and recommendations to higher-level analysts and management officials are essential.
