Talent Acquisition Specialist Job DescriptionThe Talent Acquisition Specialist will develop innovative strategies to grow the future of the company’s products while maintaining the quality and integrity of our hiring metrics and ensuring that the company is meeting its hiring goals.

What you’ll do as a Talent Acquisition Specialist:Collaborate proactively with hiring managers and business partners to support hiring needs, requirements, qualifications of open positionsMentor and provide guidance to internal stakeholders regarding hiring and interviewing best practicesBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers, including candidates, hiring managers, and business partnersSource potential candidates through online channels, such as social platforms and professional networksDevelop a candidate talent pipeline through active and passive sourcing methodsReview candidates contact information, job experience, skills, and education, using our Applicant Tracking SystemComply interview questions and other tools used to assess each position’s job requirementsCoordinate and conduct phone screens, assessments and in-person or virtual interviewsPrepare offer documents and coordinates all pre-employment testing requirementsManage employee onboarding and offboarding experience via electronic surveysCollects, analyzes and reports data and trends to leadership team

What you’ll bring to the Talent Acquisition Specialist role:Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field4+ years of proven recruitment, hiring and on-boarding experienceKnowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platformsIntermediate knowledge of ATS systems and Microsoft office platformsAnalytical skills, with ability to use data and metrics to evaluate needs and recommend changeStrong ability to multitaskExcellent time management, written and verbal communications skillsStrong project management skills
