We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated individual to join our team in Palo Alto, CA as a Clinical Coordinator.

The Clinical Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the clinical staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate patient care, including scheduling appointments, managing intake forms, and providing support to the clinical staff
  • Ensure efficient and accurate handling of patient documentation and medical records
  • Answer patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Carefully and patiently listen to each patient and present treatment options
  • Manage the clinic's scheduling system and maintain an organized appointment calendar
  • Participate in meetings and trainings as required
  • Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment
Requirements
  • Interest in learning about the Interventional treatments Palo Alto Mind Body offers
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multi task
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing clinic needs and priorities
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare processes is preferred
  • 2 years of experience in a clinical setting or medical office is preferred
