We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated individual to join our team in Palo Alto, CA as a Clinical Coordinator.
The Clinical Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the clinical staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient care, including scheduling appointments, managing intake forms, and providing support to the clinical staff
- Ensure efficient and accurate handling of patient documentation and medical records
- Answer patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Carefully and patiently listen to each patient and present treatment options
- Manage the clinic's scheduling system and maintain an organized appointment calendar
- Participate in meetings and trainings as required
- Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment
- Interest in learning about the Interventional treatments Palo Alto Mind Body offers
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multi task
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Great attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing clinic needs and priorities
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare processes is preferred
- 2 years of experience in a clinical setting or medical office is preferred
Benefits
