The Koddi Senior Recruiter (Contractor) participates in the hiring process from beginning to end. Primarily, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and providing a shortlist of candidates with the goal of growing and scaling the team. You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our brand, to reduce our time-to-hire, and to ensure we are attracting top-notch talent to join our crazy talented team.As a Senior Recruiter you utilize your strong communication skills and are confident in finding just the right person...maybe even a bit competitive about it. If this is you, we want to meet you We like working with people who think outside-the-box and who thrive on finishing projects ahead of schedule.Ultimately, you should be able to manage our full recruitment cycle and ensure we always meet our staff requirements.What You Will Do Manages the day-to-day work of the recruiting functionInterviews and screens applicants; conducts reference checksFacilitates and conducts outbound recruitingSources and identifies candidates for specialized or difficult-to-attract positionsCoordinates and plans recruiting eventsManages and maintains university recruiting eventsRevamps recruiting processes as neededActs as a liaison between all candidates and the companyMonitors the Applicant Tracking System, screens and oversees the application processParticipates in determining resource needs, requirements, hiring forecasts and communicationsAssists People Operations leadership with project and resource managementTracks project progress and providing status updatesProactively manages changes in project scope and identifies potential roadblocksContributes to high impact projectsWhat Skills or Experience You Bring? Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience6+ years related work experienceAdvanced recruiting skills and strong computer software skillsStrong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft ExcelExperience in using an Applicant Tracking SystemExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyHigh level of emotional intelligenceStrong team playerSelf-motivated and like to learn new tools and technologyKoddi is a global technology company with software and services that help top digital marketplaces effectively monetize their first-party audiences through industry-leading commerce media technology and strategy.
