Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist

Overview of Position as a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist:
We are working with a fast-growing company headquartered in Westfield with multiple branch locations. We are seeking an enthusiastic full-time Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our Admin team and champion our employee engagement.

Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Recruiting talent for our growing company • Help lead our employee onboarding experience, especially our crews with a new hire orientation program. • Following up with all new hires to ensure they are having a great experience on our team. • Utilizing innovative sourcing to attract top talent through our ATS software (Hireology), Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter and other platforms including posting on companys social media accounts. • Analyzing and resolving the companys staffing gaps across 5 divisions plus the Admin and Support Teams. • Developing strategies for acquiring new talent. • Partnering with hiring managers and coordinate the full-cycle process from scheduling interviews to orientation training. • Building relationships with applicants and past employees. • Researching talent acquisition trends to improve the process. • Representing the organization at job fairs and recruiting events. • Promoting the team culture, focusing on providing an outstanding experience throughout the hiring process. • Assist with our Employee Engagement strategy including weekly check-ins, employee events, and supporting the team culture. • Other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.

To ensure success as a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist, you should have advanced knowledge of recruitment techniques including social media, sourcing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multi-task. A top-notch Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist understands the needs of the company and ensures that only qualified candidates make it through to the final interview.

Minimum Requirements for our Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist
• Minimum of 2 years experience recruiting.
• Must be bilingual in Spanish.
• Genuine desire to help people and steward the Team Culture
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a rapidly changing environment
• Tech-savvy and social media skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience recruiting in landscaping or the Trades a plus.
• Preferred to have experience in Human Resources and employee benefits in addition to being skilled in recruiting.

FULL TIME
Schedule:
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
