Xcede are currently partnered with an exciting Pre-Series A funded Application Security vendor, Having recently raised $8m in seed funding and having come out of stealth mode are now looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join the US team.Responsibilities:This position would see the successful candidate joining as the 1 st sales employee within the company and responsible for building out the US Go To Market function reporting into the CEO and Co Founder.Implement and execute strategies to launch the regionAggressively hunt for new business within the Americas both directly and via channel partnersManage the full sales cycle from lead qualification through to closureTravel across the region to meet prospective clients and grow market awarenessDrive lead generation in a remote envriomentEstablish a strong technical knowledgeImplement strategic growth plans inline with targets to grow presence within the regionRequirements:The successful candidate must have experience working within a start-up as an early stage employee and understand cyber security.Must have experience in early stage startupDrirect sales experience within Cyber securityAbility to travelProven track record of carry and overachieving quotasKnowledge of channel and direct sales
