The Huddly Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for the North East Americas Region is a senior sales position with a primary focus on driving sales growth, business development, and effective channel management within the specified geographic area. The RSM will report to the Regional Sales Director for the North East.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of spearheading successful Regional Development, substantial Channel Management experience, and consistently surpassing revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution:Working with the Regional Sales Director to develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy tailored for the North East Americas Region, harmonized with Huddly's overarching goals.Lead revenue growth initiatives by identifying novel business opportunities, recruiting and developing channel partners, winning new key accounts, expanding market presence, and optimizing sales potential both geographically and across verticals.

Channel Partner Management: Recruit, foster, and diligently manage strong relationships with pivotal channel partners, including VARs, system integrators, and service providers. Collaborate closely with partners to create business plans and ensure well-devised go-to-market strategies.

Strategic Planning: Working with the Regional Sales Director to implement regional business plans that chart a path to sustainable growth and expanded market penetration.

Customer Engagement: Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key customers and prospective clients in the region. Attentively comprehend customer requirements, deliver tailored solutions, and guarantee elevated levels of customer satisfaction.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage in seamless collaboration with internal teams, such as marketing, product management, and customer support, to ensure alignment of strategies and initiatives. Contribute valuable insights from the field to shape and enhance the overall customer experience.

This is you:

Demonstrable success across 5-10 years in sales leadership roles within the technology or UCC industry in the North East Americas Region preferably.Noteworthy 5+ years of experience in Regional / Territory Management. Substantial 5+ years of experience specifically within the video conferencing industry.

Proven track record of 5+ years in effective channel management.

Expertise in high-touch sales in B2B.A strong grasp of unified communications and collaboration solutions.

A proven history of consistently driving revenue growth and surpassing sales objectives.

Exceptional team, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Innate strategic thinking capability, adept at translating strategy into actionable plans.

Native English speaking

Readiness and initiative to travel as needed to develop the North East Americas Region.
