The Firmwide Client Relationship Management (CRM) Engineering team is composed of driven, talented and passionate individuals who work closely with the business to manage client engagement and deliver intelligent workflows with exciting, impactful analytics to serve our clients as One Goldman Sachs. The Firmwide CRM team is comprised of Product Managers, Software Engineers and User Experience (UX) designers. The Firmwide CRM Engineering Salesforce product Manager will collaborate closely with the Software Engineers and UX teams to deliver creative technology analytics and workflow solutions to our business partners. We are an equally technical and business savvy, top-performing team that is looking for a new Firmwide CRM Salesforce Product Manager.

We are looking for a Product Manager to join a strong engineering team focused on Salesforce platform adoption. This is an opportunity to be part of a team responsible for building brand new successful, sustainable and strategic CRM products across the firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate between business requirements and technology specifications in both directions: top-down and bottom-up
  • Ability to own and break down functionality into well written stories
  • Manage inter-team and technology dependencies to mitigate project and product risks
  • You have a fierce sense of ownership, caring deeply about the quality of everything that you deliver into your clients hands
  • You love the challenge of creating and updating a product, and are confident in your ability to bring clarity and direction to ambiguous problem spaces
  • You work well in a fast paced environment while deeply invest in long term quality and efficiency
  • Proven experience in and passion for building with engineering and shipping great products this means you will need to understand and live by scrum methodologies and deliver customer value every sprint

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of product management experience
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working directly with business stakeholders
  • Ability to understand and articulate customer needs and turn requirements into actionable solutions
  • Develop the product roadmap, and partner with software engineers to execute on product vision
  • Excellent organizational, time management and planning skills
  • Strong quantitative background to support data-informed decision making; advanced problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Collaborative, team player attitude with the ability to navigate and influence the organization
  • Comfortable in the fast lane: Experience with driving rapid team and product growth
  • Inclusive Culture: Considerate to the cultural differences of team and a diverse user-base
  • Forward thinking: Anticipation of organizational needs for efficiency
