We are currently seeking a Paralegal to join our team.

Ideal candidates will have the skills and experience necessary to:

* Summarizes information relative to legal issues and networks for information.
* Researches statutes, regulations and court decisions, makes recommendations, assists in resolving issues, drafts contracts, various legal applications, resolutions and other basic legal documents and prepares for review.
* Develops client relationships.
* Analyzes and applies statues, regulation and policies for compliance.
* Participates in closings, settlements and negotiations.
* Receives direction from attorney supervision.
* May lead and train lower level paralegals.

What you need to bring to the table:

* Requires an Associates Degree or Paralegal certification and some experience in a legal environment or other directly related experience.
* Basic knowledge of legal practices , pc's, verbal, written and customer service skills.
* Knowledge of laws pertaining to field of business.
* Limited use and/or application of basic principles, theories, and concepts.
