Our expanding Guidepost Montessori community is looking for an experienced Admissions Specialist to support our schools in Hollywood Beach, Florida
Your Role

The Admissions Specialist reports directly to the Head of School/Campus Manager and exercises discretion and independent judgment to ensure campus goals are met. The Admissions Specialist is responsible for leading campus outreach initiative and meeting enrollment targets. The ideal Admissions Specialist will love working with parents, leading community outreach initiatives, and managing the entire enrollment process from the very first family contact through their start on campus.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Implement aggressive strategies to increase lead volume through phone calls, emails, and community outreach.
  • Organize and attend weekend events to boost visibility and direct engagement with potential families.
  • Focus on converting inquiries and tours into enrollments by delivering compelling presentations and follow-ups.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in the enrollment process.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local community groups and educational organizations to enhance recruitment efforts.
  • Interfacing with parents to build community, answer questions, and resolve any concerns that may arise
  • Maintaining social media accounts

We'd love to talk to you if you possess:
  • A bachelor's degree (or equivalent) (preferred)
  • Marketing or CRM experience
  • An affinity for connecting with people
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on results
  • Facility with computer systems
  • A high degree of personal initiative
We'd prefer you over other candidates if you have:
  • Experience as an Admissions, Administrative, Program or School Director for a preschool
  • Familiarity with the Montessori method of education
  • Knowledge of the local community that will inform marketing effort
