Summary: Reporting to the Senior Manager, HRIS, the Analyst, HRIS will be responsible for HRIS systems setup and maintenance, changes, testing and troubleshooting, process improvements, data integrity, systems security and year-end support. The Analyst, HRIS will aid in auditing changes within systems to ensure proper controls and assist in recommending and establishing new controls. Responsibilities further include management reporting and data feeds in conjunction with IT and external vendors, as well as assisting in assigned HRIS-related projects, as needed.
