Almost everyone could benefit from an injection of color and Color Factorys aim is to not only provide it, but to make it accessible and approachable for all.ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Color Factory Accounting Manager, you'll manage day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, compliance with regulatory standards, and budget management. You'll also:Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, and payroll processingPrepare and review financial statements, reports, and forecastsManage the budgeting process, collaborating with department heads to develop budgets & analyze variancesDevelop and implement accounting policies, procedures, & internal controls to ensure compliance & safeguard company assetsProvide financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and business planningABOUT YOUYou have the experience to navigate areas of expertise with confidence.
