Responsibilities As a Corporate Accountant, you will assist in the accounting functions of the Corporate Accounting Department. Our Corporate Accountant's duties include overseeing and backing up accounts payable, billings and billing allocations, credit card reconciliation, monthly accrual and amortization entries and other accounting tasks as needed. To be successful, you should be personable and professional as this role communicates with vendors, accountants, and management. It is imperative that you pay attention to detail and show a willingness to learn. Multitasking is essential for this position. Job responsibilities will vary and may include, but are not limited to, the following: Assist with accounts payable process including review and uploading of invoices, coding, and support Track and ensure timeliness of processing checks AP allocations and uploads Record month-end entries including accruals and amortizations Record onboarding and transition fees Handle expense report review and payments Assist with monthly reports, budgets and annual audit Process rent deductions Prepare IT & Marketing payroll Prepare monthly Tech fee analysis Prepare certain wire transfer requests Process and record WB Charity donations and thank you letters Assist with quarterly WB Charity financials and yearend tax filing support Other duties as assigned Qualifications Accounting Degree Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel Self-motivated Professional attitude and willingness to learn Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise Excellent organizational skills Detail minded Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, exercise good judgment and use discretion when necessary Customer service attitude Ability to learn new computer programs #J-18808-Ljbffr
