Bachelor's Degree in a technology or related field required.

Minimum 3 years experience for Data Analyst & 5 years experience for Sr Data Analyst .

Advanced SQL skills.

Experience in Tableau preferred.

Proven track record of solving complex problems.

Passion for the use of data & business intelligence principles & their ability to apply those skills to solve customer reporting & data problems.

Demonstrated ability to handle large data sets & relational databases.

Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication (written, verbal, visual) & analytical skills.

Travel includes less than 5% locally for training purposes.

Work in either a Kanban or scrum agile development framework.

Develop new reports & data extracts & perform enhancements and fix defects for existing reports & data extracts.

Deliver timely reports & data extracts to customers on an ongoing basis.

Write complex SQL queries & conduct SQL performance tuning.

Dive deep into data to uncover trends, data quality, & data completeness.

Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within Inovalon's Operating Policies & Procedures in all ways and all times.

Create & maintain views into data sets to provide visualization of data analysis.

Develop data marts, data structures, functions, data warehouse fact & dimension tables, views, and indexes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
