The Business Analyst role is pivotal in bridging the gap between business operations and technological enhancements. This position focuses on analyzing and enhancing business processes, documenting requirements, and overseeing the development and implementation of new solutions. The role demands a blend of business acumen and technical proficiency, ensuring that all solutions meet the operational needs while facilitating seamless communication and coordination among various stakeholders. Key responsibilities include documenting processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and managing projects from inception to deployment.


Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain effective relationships with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Collaborate with both business and technology teams to ensure that business processes are clearly understood, documented, and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Map current business processes to future state visions, detailing business and technological requirements and project scope, while championing necessary changes.
  • Maintain up-to-date process documentation within a commonly accessible environment.
  • Support technology teams by translating business needs into detailed tasks and user stories for development execution.
  • Assist in the testing of system modifications, analyzing data flows to pinpoint opportunities for process enhancements.
  • Work closely with Product Owners to align product vision and requirements with business processes and needs.
  • Engage with business stakeholders to help develop business cases and project charters that support strategic initiatives.
  • Advocate and lead the implementation of process changes to improve business operations and the integration of new technologies and platforms.
  • Provide leadership in the execution of process improvements, refining project scope and requirements, and communicating progress to all stakeholders.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Demonstrable strong problem-solving skills are essential.
  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a related analytics or systems development role is required.
