Und damit du deine Batterien zusätzlich aufladen kannst, gibt es bei trbo die Charging Days on top Strategische Entwicklung und Umsetzung von B2B Performance Marketing Kampagnen zur Generierung von qualifizierten Leads für unsere SaaS Produkte Eigenständige Planung, Steuerung, Überwachung und Optimierung von Google Ads & Remarketing Kampagnen mit Fokus auf Leadgenerierung und ROI Maximierung Verantwortung der LinkedIn Ad Strategie für die Bewerbung von Events als auch Generierung von Leads mit Fokus auf B2B Zielgruppen Tracking Set-up inkl. Event- und Conversion-Tracking in Google Analytics und Google Tag Manager Kontinuierliche Analyse und Optimierung der Kampagnen und der Website Performance durch Tracking Tools wie Google Analytics inkl. Ableitung und Umsetzung von Handlungsempfehlungen Erstellung von SEO-optimierten Landingpages sowie Aufsetzen und Durchführung von A/B Tests zur Conversion Optimierung dieser Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Sales-Team, Produktmanagement und Content Marketing zur Abstimmung der Leadgenerierungs-Maßnahmen Monitoring von Branchen-Trends, Wettbewerbs-Aktivitäten und neuen Technologien im Marketing inkl. Identifikation von Maßnahmen für trbo Budgetverantwortung, regelmäßiges Reporting und Sicherstellung der Zielerreichung in Bezug auf die definierten KPIs für die Leadgenerierung durch Performance Kanäle Dein Profil

Bachelor-Abschluss in Marketing, BWL oder vergleichbare Ausbildung Mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im B2B Performance Marketing mit nachweislichen Erfolg in der Leadgenerierung im SaaS Umfeld Expertenkenntnisse in Google Ads, Google Analytics und LinkedIn Ads Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit SEO-Tools Analytisches Denken sowie ein data-driven Marketing-Verständnis Erfahrungen im Aufbau von Conversion-optimierten Websites in Wordpress Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten schriftlich und verbal, Teamfähigkeit Sehr gute Selbstorganisation mit hervorragenden Projektmanagement-Skills, Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld voranzutreiben Zertifizierungen in Google Ads, Google Analytics und anderen relevanten digitalen Marketing Plattformen sind von Vorteil trbo ist führender Anbieter für dynamische Onsite-Personalisierung, Optimierung und Testing.
