Job Title: NetSuite Administrator/Systems AnalystLocation: North OlmstedPosition Summary:The NetSuite Administrator/Systems Analyst will be responsible for the setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the NetSuite ERP System in collaboration with our implementation partner. This role requires a strong background in operations, finance, and general system administration. Leveraging ERP expertise, strategic thinking, and business acumen, the incumbent will play a pivotal role in defining future system functionality.As our organization transitions from a bespoke ERP system to NetSuite ERP/WMS, the NetSuite Administrator/Systems Analyst will lead business process redesign, process mapping, gap analysis, data migration/entry, and general user training. Over the next 12 months, the incumbent will be crucial in ensuring smooth transitions, system configurations, acceptance testing, and documentation of future business processes. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, supporting the migration of four facilities across the United States. Ongoing support, report creation, and dashboard configurations will also be essential as we transition into the support phase of the project. This position reports to the VP of Information Technology.Job Responsibilities:Manage integrations between internal and external systems using EDI, Web Services, and 3rd party tools such as Celigo.Research transactional issues and user errors; identify root causes and drive resolutions.Perform functional configuration, initial setup, and maintenance for systems based on changing operational and business needs.Collaborate with NetSuite implementation partner and contractors, actively participating in the ERP/WMS migration.Create documentation including policies, procedures, workflows, and user guides. Conduct user training from go-live and beyond to ensure an educated user base.Gather data and analyze business and user needs in consultation with business managers and end-users to implement functional requirements, including dashboard creation, custom reports, and workflow automation.Assist with internal PC/printer setups, configuration, and other administration duties as assigned.Design and implement financial and logistics systems, including projects to improve Warehouse Management, Inventory Tracking, Demand Planning, and financial analysis using Hyperion-like tools.Ensure Roles, Governance, and Security within the NetSuite environment.Fulfill other requests as assigned.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent combination of education and experience.3-5 years of experience in NetSuite Administration & Security (experience in initial setup and migrations is a plus).Extensive knowledge of all NetSuite Modules including Financials, Inventory & Warehouse Management, MRP, WMS, Reporting, Dashboards, Analytics, etc. Additional experience with SuiteAnalytics, SuiteFlow, or other ERP systems is advantageous.Excellent customer service skills with a sense of urgency and the ability to work with individuals of varying backgrounds and technical expertise.Ability to understand the user journey and provide effective solutions and strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.Note: Must be willing to work in the office.*Send inquires, resumes and cover letters to mark@emeraldresourcegroup.com.*Attention EmployersSeeking exceptional talent?
