Providing positive and professional customer service by striving to exceed the client’s expectations on every interaction. Support the Managing Principal and Lead Relationship Manager with a variety of administrative tasks, including but not limited to preparing materials for client meetings. Create and maintain client files, prepare client forms and reports from rough draft and originating correspondence as requested. Create and close accounts. Add power of attorney and trading authority, as applicable. Link life insurance and annuity accounts. Complete client registrations. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred. 3 years minimum experience as a Client Service Associate required, with experience on a high-net-worth financial advisor team. FINRA Series 7, 63, 65, or 66 preferred. Desired Traits: Detail oriented, strong work ethic and possesses high standards by demonstrating commitment to accuracy and confidentiality. Extraordinary customer service skills and presence while possessing a positive attitude through all client interactions. Outstanding planning and organizational skills, efficient at multi-tasking several high-priority tasks, proactive follow-up and deadline focused. Ability to adapt under pressure to changes in the work environment to meet the needs of the client as well as the team while managing competing demands and multiple interruptions. Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills; well-spoken both on the phone and in person; proven written skills; projects a courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor. Intermediate to advanced level computer skills; ability and willingness to learn and effectively utilize new technology as requested/required.
