Client Services Coordinator

Our Client, a leader in commercial real estate and facilities/asset management is seeking to add a Client Services Coordinator to its team. This role will work onsite in Fort Lauderdale, FL and works Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. This is a 2-month contract to hire role that pays $28 per hour. The key to this role is prior experience in a client services or similar role. Upon conversion this role offers increased compensation, an annual bonus plan, and a strong benefit package.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain regular communication and follow-up with brokers to ensure alignment on project updates and timelines.
- Demonstrate strong numerical aptitude in preparing vouchers and handling financial documentation.
- Coordinate and order property signage to support marketing and branding efforts.
- Compile and design comprehensive tour books and surveys tailored to client needs.
- Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to promote listings and properties effectively.
- Utilize advanced skills in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator for graphic design tasks, comprising approximately 50% of the role’s responsibilities.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using InDesign
- High School Diploma or GED
- Attention to detail, communication, dependability, creativity, and professional demeanor are all important skills to have in this role
Preferred Skills:
- 2+ years of experience using InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Previous commercial real estate experience
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
