Driving What’s Right
.
What will you do?
Utilization of Holman proprietary systems to manage all day to day responsibilities
Collation and distribution of fleet cards and associated materials.
Fleet card replacement and cancellation management.
Processing of monthly fleet card renewals.
Data entry relating unit set-up, management, and termination.
Excellent customer service orientation.
Managing competing priorities with flexibility and multitasking skills in a fast paced environment.
Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
What are we looking for?
MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Word and a focus on Excel).
Experience working in an office/business environment.
Bilingual, English/French (Beneficial).
Highly self-motivated and self-directed; productive within a team environment.
Proficient and accurate data-entry skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills with a focus on prioritization and urgency.
Works well under pressure to meet deadlines.
Strong
interpersonal/communications
skills.
Maintains an adequate problem resolution technique to handle internal and external issues.
