Responsibilities & Duties: Provide on-the-job training for staff and assist sales consultants in achieving store sales and retention goals Maintain current product and operations knowledge, acting as a subject matter expert for teammates Support Store Manager in maintaining store operations and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures Complete tasks such as ordering, delivering, and stocking resources, housekeeping, cash handling, and paperwork Meet individual goals for activations, accessories, device protection, and customer retention Other duties as assigned Requirements: High school education or equivalent required; associate degree preferred Minimum two years of retail or related experience required; retail lead or assistant manager experience preferred Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, including conflict management and negotiation Proficiency in sales, coaching, and training Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office, ability to multitask, and flexibility
