Driving operational autonomy and safety: Lead the strategic shift to enable non-engineering teams to autonomously manage global compliance programs end-to-end, building in guardrails and intelligence to eliminate operational errors and achieve zero unintended business disruptions. Maximizing engineering and data leverage: Ensure the platform's architecture and data model are highly accurate and extensible, shifting the engineering focus from manual execution and data cleanup to platform innovation and automation across all operational workflows.
