Responsibilities Welcomes customers by greeting them and offering them assistance. Receive and process packages for courier shipment, Operate copiers, fax machines Work independently in an environment with a continuous flow of customers Operate cash register and handle cash accurately, efficiently, and following established procedures Maintains a clean and safe working environment Receive, pack, and process shipments based on established procedures, Sort and distribute mail to in-center Mailbox customers accurately and in a timely manner Performs other duties as assigned Processes payments by totaling purchases; processing checks, cash, and store or other credit cards. Use judgment to solve customer problems Maintains scheduling commitments

Qualifications Fast Learner Can Type at least 65 wpm High school diploma or GED, a friendly and genuinely helpful demeanor, and a professional appearance Able to lift 40+ pounds Ability to stand throughout the shift Friendly and outgoing personality Excellent verbal skills Able to problem solve as issues arise We are a fun group of people to work with.
