Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Project Details:

Support with updating and creating processes in our Santa Rosa facility.

  • This project will involve 3 different areas of our manufacturing facility including Kitchen, Production & Packaging.
  • You will have the opportunity to collaborate with key employees throughout the facility to update and create processes that are needed for our daily operations. These processes could be related to Safety, Quality and/or Operations.
  • Project mentorship with our Sr Manager, Operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

EDUCATION

  • Attending four-year college or university to attain Bachelor's degree (B.S., or B.A.); or already awarded Bachelors degree from four-year college or university. Ideally focusing in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Administration.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Bi-lingual with Spanish.
  • Experience with Microsoft Suites - intermediate to advanced.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, project leadership, analytical, and reasoning skills.
  • Self-starter and a team player that will thrive in an entrepreneurial environment with a sense of urgency.

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents.
  • Ability to make effective presentations on complex topics to plant management and other stakeholders.

Mathematical Skills

  • Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations, and permutations.
