Main Responsibilities

  • Administrative support will be provided to training teams, including handling inquiries and managing training calendars.
  • Conducting Training and development needs assessments.
  • Creating objectives for training and development programs
  • Efficient training materials will be obtained using various media and implemented.
  • Collaboration with subject matter experts will be carried out to develop and update training content.
  • Making sure all training programs comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Helping to provide hands on training using various instructional techniques.
  • Training reports will be compiled and prepared.
  • Managers, supervisors, and others involved in employee development efforts will be trained and coached.
  • Company communications will be developed and maintained to ensure employees are aware of training and development events and resources.
  • Follow-up studies of all completed training will be conducted to evaluate and measure results, and programs will be modified as needed.
  • Effective teamwork with other members of management and including HR staff.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience creating/ implementing training programs in a manufacturing setting
  • Bachelors Degree or higher degree required
  • Developing, maintaining and managing a training budget
  • Strong experience in reporting
  • Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Articulate communication skills
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
