Main Responsibilities
- Administrative support will be provided to training teams, including handling inquiries and managing training calendars.
- Conducting Training and development needs assessments.
- Creating objectives for training and development programs
- Efficient training materials will be obtained using various media and implemented.
- Collaboration with subject matter experts will be carried out to develop and update training content.
- Making sure all training programs comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Helping to provide hands on training using various instructional techniques.
- Training reports will be compiled and prepared.
- Managers, supervisors, and others involved in employee development efforts will be trained and coached.
- Company communications will be developed and maintained to ensure employees are aware of training and development events and resources.
- Follow-up studies of all completed training will be conducted to evaluate and measure results, and programs will be modified as needed.
- Effective teamwork with other members of management and including HR staff.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience creating/ implementing training programs in a manufacturing setting
- Bachelors Degree or higher degree required
- Developing, maintaining and managing a training budget
- Strong experience in reporting
- Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Articulate communication skills
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
